At work we all want to be told that we do a great job. We want our husbands and our wifes to appreciate us. We want to be valued by our friends and family and the people who surround us everyday. Employees work harder when they know they are appreciated.

What is price and appreciation? Well it is simple recognition that someone values you. How do you give it? Simply saying thanks you are wonderful, works. But mean it with all your heart.
